B.C.'s weather is still quite cool and the wind doesn't make it any warmer, but unfazed, Junior Linkster golfers took on the hilly north Burnaby layout, designed by Ernie Brown of Vancouver, a legend and pioneer of golf for British Columbia.

Sy Lovan of Surrey is back in the winners circle, helped by two birdies in a row on the back nine to win his division, while Aaron Ferrer of Delta got off to a great start with an “eagle 3” on the first hole on the way to a solid 74 and first place in his division.
